I wish you all good health, dear Ukrainians!

A brief report from today.

First, a video conference. The military, intelligence services, our security agencies, government officials. Special attention was given to the front lines. And a report on the work of our naval export corridor – I am grateful to everyone who is fighting and working to ensure Ukraine's access to the global market. The results are good. Russia is gradually losing control of the Black Sea and is retreating to the eastern part of the waters... We will also reach them there.

Second, an expanded meeting with our government officials. Regarding the steps that Ukraine must take, both in the context of our transformation and in the framework of our cooperation with partners. Specific reforms. In various areas. We are preparing draft laws and government decisions. Some of them will be adopted in the coming weeks.

<条款>Third, a conversation with the President of the European Council, Charles Michel. Our progress towards the European Union. We expect a decision to start negotiations on membership this year. This decision will be a significant and very symbolic step that reflects what Ukraine has achieved. We also discussed the situation in the Middle East – the threat of escalation, a tragic scenario. It is important to protect as many lives as possible. I invited Charles, Mr. President, to visit Ukraine.

Fourth, I met with the Minister of Defense of the Netherlands, who visited Ukraine. The Minister visited Kharkiv – and I am grateful that he paid attention to one of our largest cities, which is practically suffering from Russian terror every day. We discussed in detail the defense support that the Netherlands is providing, and that is crucial. Our agreements with Mark, Prime Minister Rutte, are fully implemented. I am grateful to the entire political class of the Netherlands and to the entire society for their belief in Ukraine, for their belief in our people.

Fifth, I am grateful to the United States for the new and very strong decision on sanctions. More than 220 Russian – and not only Russian – entities that are involved in the aggression are now subject to U.S. sanctions. That is what is needed. Critical sectors of the aggressor's economy. Sensitive schemes for terrorists. And every decision on sanctions must be fully effective – so that Russia has no chance to circumvent the sanctions. The power of sanctions is the power of the world. For this purpose, we are constantly communicating with our partners – a united world must be even stronger.

Two more things.

I had a very substantive meeting with government officials. Various areas of government work. We discussed the steps needed to transform our state, our work with partners, with donors. About government decisions, necessary laws, strengthening institutions. We are setting priorities and preparing new steps – in the coming weeks, by the end of the year, and on an annual basis.

And what I do every day is a great honor. Our fighters. Our gratitude. Those who distinguished themselves today. The Vuhledar direction – our strong 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. Thank you, guys!

Maryinka – paratroopers of the 79th Brigade, bravo!

The Avdiivka direction – the 31st, 47th, 53rd, and 110th Separate Mechanized Brigades. Thank you to every soldier!

And the Kupiansk direction – the 14th and 32nd Separate Mechanized Brigades, the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade – I am proud of you, guys!

And I believe in you – just like on February 24th. I am sure that Ukraine will definitely win. Be sure of it.

I am proud of everyone who fights for Ukraine, who destroys the occupiers, who restores our positions. Those who are currently in the trenches. Those who are at the front lines. Those who train our soldiers. Those who manufacture weapons, ammunition, and equipment for Ukraine. Those who teach our children. Those who provide medical care and save lives, even during strikes. Those who ensure a normal life in our cities. Those who bring light into our lives. Everyone who gives us hope – our parents, our children… Those who love us. Those who pray for us, for victory. Those who help us from all corners of the world. Those who endured the basements and the occupation – and did not break. Everyone who works every day to liberate Ukraine and Ukrainians from Russian captivity. I am proud of you, Ukrainians! I am proud of you, Ukrainian soldier! Glory to Ukraine! (president.gov.ua/RoZ)
