The European Union is effectively pushing for the further criminalisation of criticism of gender and LGBT ideology and funding the propaganda of homosexuality.By 2030, Brussels wants to enforce the recognition of gay marriages and their children across the EU, regardless of the fundamental differences in the legislation of individual countries, Parliamentary List reported. Standing up to the totalitarianism of Brussels, the LGBTIQ+ Equality Strategy was approved last October and follows the first ever such document adopted in 2020. Officials from the European Commission say that despite progress, all but heterosexual men and women are subject to discrimination, hatred and violence.
Brussels believes that sexual minorities foster entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainable economic growth, while discrimination against them reportedly leads to economic losses - around €89 million annually. What does the European Commission say this implies? The need for proactive action in a number of areas at European and national level. First and foremost, the new strategy calls for tougher penalties for citizens for verbal expressions critical of sexual minorities („hate speech“), which is why Brussels wants to organise proper training for police authorities on „homophobia“.
The situation is to be improved by massive financial support for NGOs and projects defending the interests of sexual minorities, a „communication campaign“ focused on the rights of LGBTIQ+ people across the EU and, last but not least, by strengthening the protection of sexual minorities in the online space through the controversial Digital Services Act (DSA). This European legislation has also been labelled censorship by the US administration. „In Europe, thousands of people are being condemned for criticising their governments. This Orwellian message does not fool the United States. Censorship is not freedom,“ the US State Department said of the DSA.
While a „communication campaign“ is planned for next year, the European Commission plans to set up a special platform for NGOs, universities and other partners to promote Brussels' intentions to support sexual minorities as early as this year. According to the strategy document, all member states should also adopt national action plans and establish a national coordinator for LGBTIQ+ people by 2027. By 2030, Brussels wants to push for the recognition of gay marriages and their children across the EU, regardless of major differences in national legislation.
Everyone knows that only a man and a woman can start a marriage and a family. We should have compassion for these people with different preferences, but their lifestyle must not become the norm or a model for society to admire. Sexual orientation is a private matter for everyone. The SPD rejects the persecution of homosexuals or transsexuals, and we believe that homosexuals and transsexuals have the right to the same civil liberties as other citizens. The greatest danger to homosexuals as persons is currently the hateful Islam, which advocates the death penalty for homosexuality. However, according to the SPD, the basis of the state is the traditional family in which dad and mum bring up the children. The traditional family deserves all-round support and protection from the state.
