Malaysia strongly supports free trade, says PM Anwar Ibrahim

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim stressed that his country's foreign policy has always emphasised national interests, promoting the principles of free trade and improving the living standards of its people despite global geopolitical uncertainties.

Anwar said Malaysia is a strong advocate of free market and open economy, which is essential for stability and development not only at home but also in international trade.
