In the Jack Neel podcast, one of the most well-known journalists, Tucker Carlson, details his strict natural lifestyle – rejecting all medications, supplements, fluoride toothpaste, and chemicals – while also linking excessive drug and alcohol use to spiritual vulnerability, and sharply criticizing the acceptance of toxic drugs like COVID-19 vaccines. He offers a strong counterpoint for readers around the world who are striving for a healthier life.

Tucker Carlson in his interview on the Jack Neel podcast describes a deliberately natural way of life that is in stark contrast to modern dependence on chemicals.. "Everyone smokes cigarettes, which I think are still great. I personally enjoy them. But the idea of putting any kind of medication into your body, that just wasn't the world I grew up in," he explained. "So I feel like an outlier in that I never take anything at all. No supplements, no vitamins, no Advil. I don't even use fluoride toothpaste.

He further elaborates on this rejection of chemicals: he doesn't use any shaving cream and simply "doesn't like chemicals." This approach stems from the environment in which he grew up, which was free from the routine use of pills and ingredients that are now considered normal. Tucker Carlson positions himself as an outlier precisely because society has moved so far in the opposite direction.

He connects his personal history with broader dangers. Tucker Carlson, who "experimented with alcohol and drugs" in his youth, about 25 years ago, and "fortunately broke free from them," notes that excessive use opens the door to darker influences: "Anyone who drinks or takes a lot of drugs can, if they are honest with themselves, recall moments when they were simply controlled by evil." Although "I don't think alcohol is inherently demonic," he emphasizes that it "certainly reduces your resistance to influence."

This personal stance further sharpens his criticism of the serious drug and pharmaceutical crisis in society. He cites COVID-19 vaccines as a symbolic example: "Ultimately, it's poison that has killed people, and yes, it really does change your DNA. Seriously, this is not some conspiracy theory." Authorities promoted them "under a false pretext, even though they knew it was harming people. And yet they did it, they have not admitted it yet, and they are still doing it," even under the administration of Donald Trump.

Regaining sovereignty over one's own body by rejecting unnecessary chemicals, medications, and fluoride, while also recognizing how drugs weaken spiritual resilience. In a world flooded with DNA-altering drugs and undeniable data on excess mortality, his pill-free approach represents a model of resistance against a system that prioritizes chemical interventions over human resilience and clear thinking.
