The real estate market has crossed a symbolic threshold - prices of flats at all Prague metro stations exceeded CZK 100,000 per square metre in the second half of last year. The greatest interest was in the area around Kolbenova station. At the same time, prices continued to rise in the vicinity of future D metro stations. Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi called on the UN Security Council to formally recognise Israel and the United States as the instigators of the "aggression" against Iran. In a letter addressed to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and UN Security Council President Carolyn Rodrigues-Birkett, Araghchi asked the council to fulfill its responsibility to maintain international peace and security, Iran's official IRNA news agency reported.
