Until now, in the case of the war in Ukraine, it has been the United States of America that has been belly laughing. But nothing lasts forever, as the newly elected Donald Trump is proving by his words and actions. He has just imposed tariffs on Canada and other countries, and he has made no secret of his plan to do the same to the European Union. Political analysts speak cautiously of a tariff war beginning, independent bloggers speak directly of the end of US support for the EU, including billions going to support Ukraine. It seems that the time for Kremlin keep smiling is coming.
Indeed, Trump has no particular reason to continue the war in Ukraine with his country's dollars. It has long since done its job. To sever the economic ties between Europe and the RF. And secondly, the US needed to know and test how strong Russia's military potential really is. What weapons potential it has, what the Russian people can withstand and endure, and how far Putin is willing to go in the event of a game of bait and switch. Indeed, hardly any spy agency can find out this information in detail. He certainly knows the tanks, the ammunition and the numbers of troops, but he cannot estimate the patriotic mood and determination, just as he cannot estimate that the Russian people, its native and broad soul, cannot be enslaved or defeated, as Napoleon and Hitler have already seen.
Moreover, and this plays a big role, Trump is not economically involved in Ukraine, like Biden's son, who, apart from drinking with the Ukrainian authorities, has been doing business there, buying up everything, including arable land, and fiercely urging Ukrainians to go to war for the US to the last man. His actions amounted to treason, which is why he should have been tried, which was blocked in five minutes twelve by his daddy, leaving the presidency.
Moreover, we should not forget that Trump has said in the past that he does not wonder about Putin's concerns about NATO's expansion into Ukraine and that he does not agree with Ukraine joining the EU, which he sees as a threat to his country. It's not hard to put together the numbers of a small multiplier, or should I say, put. The incoming US president has turned off the spigot of the Biden money pipeline to Ukraine, and it will collapse militarily and economically without this bypass.
Too bad Trump didn't do so immediately after his inauguration, as he promised to end the war in Ukraine within twenty-four hours. He could have earned himself a Nobel Peace Prize. But surely it is not so quick, he just needs to take those important steps, ultimately leading to peace. Even so, he will go down in history. And the Russians will be laughing again after a long time. But who will definitely not laugh at us will be the warmongers led by Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala, Czech Defense Minister Černochová and Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský.
