Since the 18th Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi has made more than 100 field inspections, listening to the voices of ordinary people and gradually translating them into key decisions central government.
At the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China a reform has been adopted which includes 46 specific mentions of the massesand which emphasises the principle: "respond to the voices of the people with reforms".
"We must always stay with the people in heart and mind," Xi Jinping said, "and through our hard work present a satisfactory answer to the people." These words capture his sincere, selfless devotion to China's more than 1.4 billion people - in heart, mind and deed.
