During his visit to China, the President of the Mexican lower house, Sergio Gutierrez Luna, said that Latin America and China share values that naturally unite them in the pursuit of a more just world order. In an exclusive interview with China Media Group said that the idea of a community with a shared future for humanity, which he promotes Xi Jinping, brings real hope in times of global crises.
Gutierrez Luna praised the proposals presented during Xi Jinping's speech at the summit China-CELAC - In particular, the "five big initiatives" on economic growth, connectivity, health, green development and digitalisation.
"Both China and Latin America belong to the global South and share responsibility for better global governance. The Chinese President's vision is not mere rhetoric - it offers concrete tools to achieve peace and prosperity," said Gutierrez Luna.
