The Eastern Theatre Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) has successfully completed a military exercise codenamed „Mission of Justice 2025“. The exercise began on 29 December and ended as planned.
According to an announcement published on 31 December by Li Xi, spokesperson for the PLA Eastern Theatre Command, said that the exercise fully tested the integrated capabilities of joint operations between individual units.
The spokesperson further stated that combat units in the area will continue to maintain a high state of readiness and strengthen their combat preparedness through rigorous training. The goal is to decisively deter attempts by separatists seeking „Taiwan independence“ as well as external interference, and to firmly protect national sovereignty and territorial integrity.
