Intuition is an integral part of our being. Some people simply "know," others have a certain feeling, some hear voices from angels, while others suddenly see images in their mind's eye. It's all about discovering your own way and taking small steps towards it. Perhaps through yoga, meditation, and choosing foods that support your intuition.
Trusting your intuition takes courage.
We live in Europe and rely on facts, figures, and are taught to analyze, evaluate, judge, and then draw conclusions. Intuition is like a signal from another planet. It comes out of the blue and tells us to turn off course, even when we're planning to go straight. It might prompt us to call a friend we haven't seen in a long time, and they will "coincidentally" provide exactly the information we need. Ultimately, it's about having the courage to trust your inner feelings; the British call it "gut feeling" – what our gut feels. Like everything else in our lives, it requires practice.
Energy centers – chakras
Intuition, or connection, occurs through energy centers called "chakras." The word chakra in Sanskrit means wheel, because it spins like a wheel and resembles a whirlpool. Each chakra receives and processes energy and is connected to specific endocrine glands.
Just as the colors of the light spectrum have different wavelengths depending on the speed of vibration, so too do chakras spin at different speeds and have corresponding colors. Chakras located in the lower parts of the body vibrate slowly, with shades of color ranging from red to yellow. As we move higher up the body, the vibrations increase and the colors change from green through blue and violet. Most of us know about the seven main chakras located along the spine, but there are other energy centers on our bodies as well. Intuitive information is primarily transmitted by chakras located in the upper part of the body. The crown chakra, the seventh chakra, is a place of divine connection; the third eye transmits images; chakras located near the ears receive auditory sensations, and we perceive through the heart chakra and solar plexus.
Intuition is essentially a "phone line" to heaven, a connection to the Source, the Universe, the Divine principle. In order to even capture the signal and be able to hear it without noise, interference, and other "stations," we must be tuned in. We receive signals better when we are calm or meditating. When we are anxious, afraid, or irritated, we cannot hear the signal.
Discover how your intuition manifests
We connect with the external world through our five senses, and intuition is said to be the sixth sense. Taste, smell, sight, hearing, and touch are our connection to reality. We also have corresponding inner senses through which we process energy. Chakras, and subsequently our endocrine and nervous systems, can detect "negative" or "positive" energies even before our five physical senses. This is where intuition comes in. However, each of us has a different way of intuitively perceiving.
Clairvoyance
The energies that a person perceives are translated through images, symbols, and visual messages. Not everyone has three-dimensional prophetic visions, but perhaps you have had dreams that eventually came true, or you have seen flashes of light, or you have had visions seen by your inner eye. Divine or angelic messages are perceived visually. You perceive the energy between you and your angels. Light blue may indicate that Archangel Michael is with you, while emerald green is the color of Archangel Raphael.
The third eye, the sixth chakra, the space between the physical eyes is a place where it's possible to perceive mental images. The third eye constantly processes energy, but most of us have our third eye closed, perhaps as a protection and defense against images that would not please our eye, or out of fear of losing control.
Clear Hearing
Here, energies are translated through hearing. Hearing is the most important channel for you, conveying important messages. You simply hear important names and advice, perhaps in the morning after waking up. Angels and God speak to you, and you hear them. Sometimes you may be confused, and your ego may whisper that you are imagining it all. If you have this talent, you are very sensitive to sounds, so surround yourself with gentle sounds.
Clear Knowing
This inner sense allows you to "know" instantly, without having to go through any complex process; you essentially know, and you don't know how you came to it. Guidance is received through thoughts. If this is your gift, pay attention to your thoughts. They come through the crown chakra.
Clear Feeling
This combines the three previously mentioned ways of clear seeing and relates to your feelings. You may feel like someone is watching you, that someone will call you, you may smell a person's perfume who is not even present, or you may have a "negative" feeling when meeting someone. Many business people and successful individuals use this type of intuition daily in their decision-making, relying on their feelings.
Support Your Intuition
We have our bodies available to us to achieve fulfillment and our life's purpose. Everything you put into yourself, everything you fill yourself with, has a great effect on how you live your days, how you experience them, how you feel, and also on your intuition. There are no recommendations that apply to all of us; each of us is unique. Trust your intuition, even when choosing your food. Believe that this particular dish will do you good when you feel it. The same applies to the preparation of food; some people feel great with a raw diet, i.e., fruits and vegetables without thermal processing, while others prefer seasonal, cooked, and spiced dishes. However, be careful of genetically modified foods. These are not of divine origin; they are more like Frankenstein's creations. Choose fresh products from local sources and perhaps organic.
Enemies of Our Intuition:
Foods with a high gluten content. We consume wheat more than is healthy! If you eat a lot of bread, cookies, and other baked goods, know that gluten clogs your third eye, making it difficult to see angels and other beings.
Refined sugar – crystals of sugar essentially deprive you of energy; you may feel tired, weak, exhausted... lacking the energy for action.
Dairy products – if you consume a lot of them, meditation may be difficult for you, and you may have trouble focusing on your goals.
Unhealthy fats block your energy system, and your feelings may be misleading, and you may hear the voice of your ego instead of intuition.
To ensure that the endocrine system functions properly, provide it with fuel:
Vitamin A – found in green leafy, yellow, and orange vegetables, such as spinach, carrots, and peppers. It supports the immune system, vision, reproduction, and cell communication.
Vitamins of the B group
B1 – found in seeds, beans, peas, and whole grains. It is important for energy metabolism, supports heart and nerve function.
B5 – found in broccoli, fish, chicken, avocado, yogurt, and whole grains. It promotes the proper production of melatonin.
B6 – found in poultry, fish, red meat, whole grains, and rice. It supports immunity and proper metabolism.
B12 – found in fish, cereals, fermented foods, and yeast. It helps maintain the health of blood and the nervous system. Vegans need to ensure they get enough of this vitamin through supplementation.
Vitamin C – found in citrus fruits, red and green peppers, kiwi, and broccoli. It acts as an antioxidant, protects cells from damage, and helps with iron absorption.
Vitamin D – found in fatty fish. It improves calcium absorption, promotes cell growth, and supports the proper functioning of the immune system.
Iodine – found in seaweed and dairy products. It contributes to the proper function of the thyroid gland.
Omega 3 fatty acids – found in fish, flax seeds, chia seeds, and nuts. They contribute to the proper functioning of many bodily functions.
Selenium – found in seaweed, cereals, dairy products, and Brazil nuts. It plays an important role in thyroid hormone metabolism and cell protection.
Embrace the power of green!
Your diet should be rich in green foods! Include vegetables in various ways, not just green ones. Add nuts, seeds, and seasonal fruits. Don't forget about healthy fats, such as olive oil. Whole grains provide energy; prioritize those that are gluten-free. Try quinoa and amaranth. Fish provides protein. Consume other meats and dairy products in moderation.
Try "spiritual" blenders!
You can use a regular kitchen blender. When we consume smoothies or fresh juices, let's remember that carrots, broccoli, or another plant has, in a way, sacrificed itself for us, and that we should make the most of this energy boost. Through smoothies and juices, we consume life energy with a high vibration. We drink vital force.
Use ingredients like broccoli, spirulina, cucumber, cabbage, or spinach. Emerald green connects us to the heart chakra and is the color of Archangel Raphael. Green opens the heart.
