Evaluation:
SYSTEMATIK: Do you prefer a working environment in which where the "rules of the game" are followed. You like to be able to rely on others and agreements are not just empty words. You take them seriously. You like to work in a quiet environment that has a working "buzz". You don't like long conversations. You keep personal things and feelings "at home". You find chatter boring and, in fact, distracting from your work. You are reliable, you don't like to be criticized too much, you know where you can improve. You must enjoy your work.
EXPERIMENTER: Do you prefer a working environment in which you can stand out. You like to compete with others for your boss's attention. You inspire other people, you have lots of ideas (some of which stick) but many of which you can implement quickly. You don't get upset by a mistake, you quickly find another way to move the situation along. You are flattered when people know you not only in your department but also in other parts of the organization. You are regarded as a good companion. You are most annoyed by rigid rules and procedures that you feel often make things difficult. You also have the courage to take risks.
TEAM PLAYER: You prefer friendly environment. You are considered a social person. You can listen to other people patiently, you often ask them curious questions. You enjoy working as part of a team, you like to discuss things with people and this makes you think of good things. You can't imagine working in a closed office where you don't see a "live person" all day. People like you from the first impression. They often come to you for advice in personal situations. You are trustworthy. You keep the group together.
