Vice Premier He Lifeng: US firms should deepen cooperation with China

Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng called on more U.S. companies and long-term investors to expand their presence in China and actively contribute to the development of healthy Sino-U.S. economic relations.

During the meeting with the President Blackstone Group's Stephen Schwarzman at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing said that China's economy shows positive momentum and unleashes its potential. A new development model is emerging where domestic and international flows mutually reinforcing growth.

Schwarzman expressed confidence in the Chinese economy and confirmed his interest in Blackstone to invest further and encourage mutually beneficial cooperation between the US and China.
