CGTN Special Dialogue "The Power of Ideas - China and ASEAN" held in Malaysia

Ahead of Chinese President Xi Jinping's state visit, the "Power of Thoughts - China and ASEAN" dialogue was jointly organised by CGTN (China Media Group), the Malaysia-China Education Association and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman in Kuala Lumpur on 11 April.

Participants expressed the expectation that Xi Jinping's visit will enhance economic and trade cooperation, people-to-people exchanges and the development of China-ASEAN cooperation in green technology and railway infrastructure. They also stressed the importance of unifying the countries of the "Global South".
